The Bench Technician performs in-house servicing/repair, and light warehouse duties. Performs maintenance and testing of repaired products. Communicate with Field Technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair. Responsible for sending parts and supplies within the state. The Bench Technician will also perform all Field Technician duties by traveling locally to multiple sites to address their Lottery machine service break-fix, installation and preventative maintenance needs.
Requirements

Ability to lift, install and move large self-service equipment (Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds)
