Job Description

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the shipping and receiving of all tickets, and all other freight in or out of the facility.  This position is also responsible for maintaining inventory records for all materials within the warehouse and handles day to day maintenance for the facility.

Job Functions:
• Maintain constant and thorough inventory of all instant ticket stock held at the warehouse facility
• Oversee the shipment of all daily and new games to the retailers
• Prepare and maintain proper inventory level of all shipping supplies
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested
• Ensure ISO certification
• Supervise daily distribution of instant ticket orders
• Responsible for the training, coaching and counseling of assigned personnel
• Oversee the proper maintenance of all warehouse equipment
• All other duties as assigned
• Assist the General Manager with establishing goals, incentives and departmental promotions
• Train, explain tasks and assist in the solution of problems
• Prepare and present reports and other documentation on a timely basis
• Implement key corporate initiatives as required
• Establish quarterly and annual goals with each Warehouse Clerk , and evaluate at the end of each quarter
• Provide daily direction and feedback to ensure the Warehouse Clerks  have a good understanding of the job and current priorities
• Serve as a conduit between SG warehouse operations and the Lottery by quickly communicating to the Lottery any questions or problems encountered by to the appropriate parties at the Lottery
• All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong supervisory skills
• Experience with warehouse automation equipment preferred
• Experience with the Lottery operation is preferred

• Detailed understanding of shipping management; including courier shipping technology and rules and regulations for most common carriers and courier companies
• Detail oriented
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Customer oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
