Job Description

The Vice President of Corporate Strategy will be responsible for developing Scientific Games’ corporate strategic
roadmaps across all business verticals, providing quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify business drivers and opportunities, insights on financial performance and competitive business intelligence. You will collaborate on M&A activities as needed advising on our overall corporate strategy relating to acquisitions, strategic alliances, and new businesses, identifying partnering and acquisition opportunities, and reviewing target companies for consideration. The Vice President of Corporate Strategy will also be expected to provide
leadership in the areas of financial modeling, forecasting, preparation of executive and board‐level
presentations, and other related activities tied to Scientific Games’ long term corporate strategy.

Essential Job Functions:
-Develop strong working relationships with the principal business stakeholders and acquire an intimate knowledge of Scientific Games products, growth strategies, and competitive positioning.
-Develop and implement strategic business plans and roadmaps for new business, portfolio rationalization, and other strategic activities applying quantitative research and analytics to support business decisions and investments.
-Prepare financial analyses around acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, which support the
Company’s overall inorganic growth strategy.
-Research new product and market opportunities to expand Scientific Games' market positioning.
-Interface with the Company’s key management and executives to ensure alignment of corporate strategy
priorities with operating and growth strategies for the business units and new product innovation groups.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor degree required; degree in finance, business management, or related field preferred
-MBA from a top‐tier school strongly preferred

-10+ years of experience with a focus on strategy consulting, corporate strategy planning or leading product strategy; clear demonstration of progression in responsibilities in a leadership capacity.
-Prior experience with a top strategic consulting firm strongly preferred.
-Global or multi‐national experience preferably in gaming, technology, digital or entertainment industries

-Highly analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis; strong corporate and business planning, and financial modeling skills
-Ability to think globally, strategically, and objectively to translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial and operating plans
-Strong initiative with a proven ability to follow through on projects and bring them to a timely completion
-Ability to create impactful and concise presentations; a strategic story teller
-Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills; a good listener
-Comfortable working independently under tight deadlines
-Thrives in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment
-Excels with working collaboratively and cross‐functionally
