Job Description

The person in this position provides technical direction for the development, design and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.  Manages and directs support staff for all customer products.  Works closely with Development, Client Project Manager’s and Installation Departments, as well as Customers.

Essential Job Functions:
• Develops tactical proposals for the department to support company initiatives
• Analyzes survey results to assess internal customer satisfaction levels and opportunities for improvement
• Assesses the impact of new systems and develop support models
• Establishes strong working relationships with internal support departments to optimize customer service in cross area activities
• Provides leadership and training in a professional and positive manner to promote corporate goals and achieve department objectives
• Manages timely departmental workflow and productivity as well as enhance experience and knowledge for their staff
• Responsible for maintaining business unit operating expenses to maintain budget goals

Job Requirements

Training and/or Experience
• 5+ Years’ experience in computer systems or business applications support, troubleshooting and analyzing problems
• 5+ Years Customer Support experience is required  
• Minimum of 3 years managerial/supervisory experience is required

• Excellent analytical skills and problem resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead, train and motivate staff
• Ability to work well with all levels of management
• Strong knowledge of technical support software

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training and work experience
