Job Description



The person in this position performs required functional and operational tests on electrical, mechanical, and software systems of gaming machines to ensure designed specifications and custom requirements are met.

Essential Job Functions:

•Inspects all completed assemblies for proper configuration
•Tests and exercises completed assemblies and related equipment for proper functionality in allotted time
•Performs advanced computer based testing on various items such as progressives, UIBs, and various communication protocols/systems
•Records test results and records assembly deficiencies
•Tags and tallies all defective materials
•Generates daily test logs and other reports
•Assists Level I and Level II testers in resolving game configuration issues
•Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all Electronic Gaming Machine
•Tests peripherals, devices, sub-assemblies, and other related support equipment
•Conducts technical training of Level I and Level II Manufacturing Testers
•Maintains a neat, organized, and clean work area
•Responsible for all issued test currency and tools

Job Requirements



Qualifications:

•A minimum one year of experience in manufacturing testing preferred

Education:

•High school graduate or its equivalent
•Technical certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

•Knowledge of basic electric and electronic principles
•Ability to read and understand work orders, blueprints, and schematics
•Solid computer skills, including comfort with Microsoft operating systems and products
•Must be able to effectively perform mechanical, functional, electrical, and software tests
•Ability to operate handheld Digital Multi-Meter
•Ability to properly use basic hand tools
•Gaming Registration required
•Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

•Ability to stand for extended periods of time
•Ability to lift from 5 to 50 pounds
