Job Description

The person in this is responsible for correcting problems in most Bally equipment in our facility or at the location of the customer. Will perform troubleshooting techniques to resolve problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures that tools and equipment are kept in proper, clean, safe, and working condition
• Returns completed paperwork for processing in a timely manner
• Provides high quality service to customers
• Completes preventative maintenance by following strict guidelines and checklists
• Troubleshoots problem down to the component level
• Stays abreast of the latest technology and is able to install updates
• Replaces faulty components when authorized by the customer
• Reads and interprets reports to diagnose problems and make improvements to Bally products
• Verifies property specifications so game options and parameters can be set accordingly
• Reviews customer issues with management and tech support
• Seeks out information to become proficient on new technology
• Performs other duties as assigned

Training and/or Experience:
• A minimum of six months of experience in the assembly, testing, or repair of electronic devices
• Casino experience is preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
• Valid driver’s license for the state in which you are based and ability to travel
• Valid gaming card (or ability to obtain one)
• Basic mechanical assembly skills
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
• Ability to read and understand schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
• Strong customer service
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to travel
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
