We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing TA team to help create the best experiences for our candidates.  Reporting to the TA Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner must have a strong background in recruiting fulltime, technical talent, primarily in the North Atlanta market.  Must be a team player and have experience working a higher than normal req load.  

• Schedule phone screens and complex interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers
• Identifying and developing potential candidates through cold calling prospects, networking, working with our existing database and utilizing website tools to generate new opportunities
• Working well within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency
• Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and placing high-level IT, Tech, and Digital Marketing talent in fulltime opportunities
• May also greet candidates and escort candidates during onsite interviews as needed
• Communicate interview details to candidates, ensuring the candidate has all of the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.)
• Assist with college recruitment programs and on campus events as needed including registering for events, shipping job fair booth and materials, ordering marketing materials, etc
• Establish and maintain relationships with employees at all levels within the organization, providing both employees and managers accurate feedback on proper hiring/interviewing procedures and processes
• Update candidate records in the applicant tracking data base and generate various ad-hoc reports as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate environment
• High degree of skill using MS Word, MS Excel, Internet tools, Applicant Tracking software (Peoplefluent or Workday) and MS PowerPoint
• Strong negotiation skills, superb communication (written/verbal) skills
• Must have a sense of urgency, expert at managing multiple tasks, deadlines and projects
• Detail oriented, high level of follow through pertaining to processes and procedures
• Experience recruiting fulltime candidates within SW Eng, Project Management, BI, Data Analytics, Responsive design/Web Design, Mobile Apps positions
• High degree of customer service in all areas of work
• High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information

• Minimum Associates degree, Bachelor degree preferred
• TA/Recruiting certifications a plus
