We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing TA team to help create the best experiences for our candidates.  Reporting to the TA Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator must be a team player and will play a key role in our candidate engagement by assisting with a variety of operational responsibilities including:

• Schedule phone screens and complex interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate candidate travel working with corporate travel agency
• Process candidate travel expenses for payment
• May also greet candidates and escort candidates during onsite interviews as needed
• Communicate interview details to candidates, ensuring the candidate has all of the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.)
• Post external job postings with universities, specialty job boards, user groups, and others
• Email the new hire day one details and associated new hire paperwork
• Track and verify on a weekly bases background check status and completion on pending new hires
• Assist with college recruitment programs and on campus events as needed including registering for events, shipping job fair booth and materials, ordering marketing materials, etc
• Establish and maintain relationships with employees at all levels within the organization, providing both employees and managers accurate feedback on proper hiring/interviewing procedures and processes
• Update candidate records in the applicant tracking data base and generate various ad-hoc reports as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Required Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources administrative experience in a corporate or staffing agency environment or related administrative experience
• High degree of skill using MS Word, MS Excel, Internet tools, Applicant Tracking software (Peoplefluent or Workday) and MS PowerPoint
• Must have a sense of urgency; expert at managing multiple tasks, deadlines and projects
• Detail oriented; high level of follow through skills pertaining to processes and procedures
• Knowledge of recruiting and general HR policies
• High degree of customer service in all areas of work
• High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information
• Strong initiative, self-motivated and critical thinker

• High School diploma or GED is required
• AA/AS degree a plus
