Job Summary:

Ability to manage/execute annual sales pipeline in the order of $15M on a multi-state territory. Experience communicating with C-Level executives discussing, technology solutions, value proposition and financial/commercial terms.
Understand broader market trends and evolution of technology across various different verticals. Self-starter, highly motivated, disciplined and with robust experience in meeting or exceeding financial targets on a consistent basis.

Ability to put together product presentations and demonstrations for customer audiences from analyst to management team members. Develop and build positive relationships with customers to help Sales managers and Regional Sales Directors drive sales for an industry leading Gaming supplier. Help with strategic market analysis along with product feasibility studies and market penetration plans. Present sales literature and identify opportunities for new product lines and expand market-share with customer account base. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Essential Job Functions:
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales prospects
• Interface with C-Level executives / decision makers
• Organize and co-ordinate product presentations and demonstrations for casino operators involving SG products & solutions
• Understand, evaluate and review customer operational processes and map those to appropriate SG products & solutions
• Review challenges, concerns and pain points in casino operations and provide prescriptive solutions
• Prepare ROI worksheets and articulate product concepts attributing to such returns
• Understand casino operator marketing needs, areas of improvement, challenges and apply appropriate SG products and solutions to address those needs
• Prepare, co-ordinate and finalize slot mix surveys, Services and Server/HW worksheets
• Help support updating of pipeline entries
• Analyze trends in relation to objectives, targets and competitive activities
• Participate in trade shows, sales meetings and other special events relative to business and/or company
Develops new customers within existing market and target new markets
• Reviews variable expenses periodically to assure justifications for expenses

Job Requirements



Qualifications
• At least 5 years of sales experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in sales/marketing or related field
• Ability to work in a dynamic sales environment
• Ability to present technical product concepts, details and terminologies to a technical and non-technical audience
• Strong communication both written and verbal skills
• Computer literate
• Organizational and analytical skills
