Position Summary:
This role will serve as the leadership for new start-up operations as well as supporting existing operations.  This will include project management, hiring assistance, and providing regular reporting.

Job Functions:
• Operations management to meet objectives as required.
• Project milestone tracking and reporting
• Procure items for starting up a new site
• Hire, train, and guide new employees for the distribution operations
• Implement and shape processes
• Plan and execute inventory transfer from the Lottery or vendor to Scientific Games facilities.
• Provide direction for the site management team to ensure they are meeting deadline deliveries, and contractual obligations in their respective management responsibilities
• Ability to manage project schedules while meeting project deadlines and budgets
• Communication between customer and corporate business units is absolutely essential in the over-all success of the operation

Education and/or Experience:  
• BS Degree in Business, Management or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Advanced knowledge of customer support operations in the Lottery industry
• Experience in a high volume environment
• Experience in technical operation with software and system tools
• Experience in planning and implementing marketing focus groups
