Job Description

Scientific Games’s leadership team hand-picks complex business challenges, and members of the Strategic Ops team work to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from the data, work with the various business units to qualitatively assess issues, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Once an analysis has been derived taking input from various sources, you will persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives.

Further, you will drive implementation, monitor and report on the progress.
As a Strategic Operations Principal, you are the data expert and thrive on solving highly analytical and logistical problems, conducting interviews and synthesizing ideas. You will work with a small team on projects commissioned by Scientific Games’ executive team, managing your own workstream(s) as you go.

This team is at the forefront of SG’s fast-moving strategic priorities, taking on operational challenges and enabling innovation. The position reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Operations.
