Job Description

Interface with customer and schedule all product installations, conversions, equipment removal, preventative maintenance, and upgrades.  Assign all necessary manpower hours.  Maintain assigned lists and run reports.  Interface with other departments as necessary to complete tasks.  Represent the field service department at all required meetings.  

Essential Job Functions:
•Schedule job tasks for the Field Service Department including product installations, conversions, equipment removal, preventative maintenance, and upgrades.
•Schedule all trainings and meetings for the department
•Assign manpower for all job tasks
•Research customer orders and confirm configurations with the customer.
•Update customer contact lists
•Run reports in various systems including the entry of data, maintenance of Field Service schedules and tracking spreadsheets.
•Interface with Sales, Order Management, Field Service, Engineering, Parts & EPROM dept., and Compliance
•Attend all required meetings and represent Field Service to ensure all customer orders are delivered efficiently, in a timely manner and are correct.
•Maintain the master customer file
•Attend customer courtesy visits or meetings when required
•Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

•High School Degree

Required Experience
•1 year office experience scheduling experience

Preferred Experience
•2 years scheduling experience in similar business.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
•Must possess excellent internal and external customer skills. Must be able to adapt to stressful customer situations. Must have the ability to work through problems to resolution while maintaining a professional demeanor.
•Knowledge of different slot player tracking systems to include but not limited to IGT, SDS, CDS, ACSC, ACRES, etc., their components and how they interface with Bally/WMS/Shuffle Master Gaming products.
•Knowledge of all components used in gaming products and the ability to distinguish these components.
•Experience user of Oracle applications, Mapics, Siebel, Astea, Excel, Outlook, and Word and others.
•Complete and extensive Jurisdictional/Notification Compliance knowledge
