Job Description

The person in this position performs system configuration, customer support, maintenance and installation of system products. This position will be the front line interface to the customers on all systems issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops and implements deployment plans for infrastructure at customer locations and provides transition documentation to the customer IT staff.
• Lead customer site implementation of fully integrated rack solution containing Server, storage and virtualization platform in Microsoft Windows and SQL Server based products.
• Lead customer infrastructure design discussions in pre-sales role to ensure the Scientific Games solution requirements and standards are procured and implemented according to specifications.
• Lead Business Continuity planning sessions for customers and discuss our offerings of HA/DR and Hosting options.

Job Requirements

Training and/or Experience:
• 5+ Years of experience in computer systems, troubleshooting and analyzing problems
• 3+ years of production Installation and configuration of HP Server and Blade infrastructure with fiber channel connected 3Par Storage
• 3+ years of production Installation and configuration of VMWare version 4.x and above
• 3+ years of production Installation and configuration of Windows 2008 R2 and SQL 2008 R2 and above

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of management
• VMWare 4.x and above
• Converged infrastructure deployment
• Blade Chassis and Rack Mount server deployment
• SAN Installation and provisioning
• Microsoft Active Directory implementation and administration.
• Must be eligible for Gaming Licenses in all jurisdictions
• Must have or be eligible for US Passport or equivalent documents for international travel.
• Must be able to travel 50% or more. Mostly domestic US.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training and work experience.
