We are looking for a full-cycle Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner who can juggle many priorities and hiring managers, who loves the thrill of the hunt for top talent, and wants to have some fun along the way. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, your primary focus will be recruiting for our Games R&D groups looking for top talent including producers, mathematicians, software engineers, artists, product managers and testers.  You will also support other business groups which may include our Lottery, Digital, and Corporate groups.  You are naturally curious, service oriented and driven to find hidden talent. We are moving to our beautiful new location in Chicago’s River North area in July 2018 with easy access to public transportation, culture and art, and some of the best dining in Chicago.

Essential Job Functions:
• Full life cycle recruiting focusing on technical skill sets including Unity, C++, C#, scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Powershell as well as version control software such as Perforce and CBS, IDEs including Visual Studio.
• Utilize sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, social media, diversity initiatives, referrals, user groups, specialty niche tools) to build both passive and active candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers using a consultative model to understand the business needs, and create and implement recruiting strategies
• Attend campus recruiting events, job fairs and meet-ups representing Scientific Games
• Participate on various talent acquisition and human resources projects as needed including developing processes, implementing new tools or systems, training, etc.
• Understand local laws around recruiting and immigration

Job Requirements

• 5+ years full life cycle technical recruiting experience; in-house corporate experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency, and extensive experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday and Oracle experience a plus
• Experienced in developing complex web search strings using Boolean operators and traditional web sourcing techniques such as site x-ray search, flip search, location specific search, etc.
• Knowledge of social network platforms, online communities, conferences, and other potential sourcing pools used to isolate senior-level technical talent and emerging technologies (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Top Coder, etc.)
• Resourceful—this person knows how to get things done!
• Must have a customer service mindset
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and projects; detail oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and follow-through skills
• Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information
• Energy, enthusiasm, and highly organized with a ‘can do’ attitude; embraces change
