Job Description

This individual is to specify, design and develop critical high-performance and scalable mobile platform frameworks and components. Strong analytical skills are required and the candidate must be proficient in infrastructure analysis and design concepts and implementations. The candidate performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis.

Job Requirements

Essential Job Functions:
•Work closely with Development teams to fully understand mobile gaming product functions, features and network performance analysis in order to specify appropriate platforms for development and deployment
•Identify potential solutions and liaise with Development teams to determine technical feasibility and level-of-effort to implement
•Create/review detailed feature/functional/technical requirements specifications and ensure alignment with proposed mobile platform solutions
•Participate in relevant Project meetings
•Identify new tools/improved processes to aid Development team in delivering new mobile gaming products
•Design, develop and enhance presentation mobile platform frameworks and components for mobile gaming
•Continue to evolve mobile platform to conform to the new emerging standards and regulations requirements for Jurisdictions
•Estimate engineering effort, prioritize projects, plan implementations, and help roll out system changes
•Follow quality engineering processes to deliver high quality products and services
•Communicate infrastructure changes to development organizations and ensure successful deployment
•Management and support of the development labs and other environments created for WMS products

•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or relevant area or equivalent experience

Required Experience:
•5+ years of software experience
•       1+ years of experience in cross-platform software architecture
•Strong Object Oriented programming skills  

Preferred Experience:
•Knowledge of the Unity Graphics  GUI
•Understanding of basic database operations and SQL
•Experience with OGRE, Unity 3D, or other 3D engines, 3D math, and Cg shaders
•Familiarity with CVS, SVN or other version control software

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
•Actionscript, C++, C# or PHP
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Scaling experience
•Ability to prioritize tasks
•Casual games development experience
•Solid math skills, linear algebra, trig, etc

Vision:  Close Vision, Depth Perception, Distance Vision, Ability to Adjust Focus, Peripheral Vision, Ability to Distinguish All Colors     

Physical Requirements:   Office environment

Work Conditions: May require weekend and evening hours.   May require travel.
