Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing teams and activities for one of Scientific Games Interactive ’s (SGI) social game suites. This person will be the main point of contact between the game studio and the marketing teams, communicating recommendations supported by data insights to the game studios. Overseeing customer relationships, user acquisition and PPC campaigns, the Senior Game Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development of the strategies and management of media channel strategies, digital advertising, PPC, ASO, social media, email, app notifications etc.

Essential Job Functions:

•Manage Customer Relationship specialists, User Acquisition specialists, and PPC specialists
•Main point of contact between marketing and game studios. Will provide the studio (game development, art leads, creative services) with data driven recommendations to improve SGI games
•Lead marketing activity and targeting through diverse channels such as app notifications, email, community pages, social networks, email, etc.
•Drive strategic promotions within the game to retain more profitable users
•Implement app store optimization and monitor organic traffic
•Develop and optimize acquisition channels for SGI products and manage the entire new player journey
•Research, strategize, plan and negotiate acquisition marketing activities on time and within budget
•Analyze player behavior data to ensure relevancy in promoting and marketing the brand
•Responsible for player life cycle with the aim of increasing player’s frequency of play and lifetime value through event driven marketing techniques and segmentation strategies
•Create and maintain consistent communication, message, and brand from SGI
•Manage effective customer strategies to build loyalty and to create up- and cross-selling opportunities
•Mentor direct reports to cultivate a winning team that is accountable for their domain

Job Requirements



  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Required Experience:

5+ years

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

•Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
•Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to maximize team resources
•Previous exposure to complex analysis techniques
•Internal communication skills with an ability to influence and convince others within the business
•Knowledge implementing creative marketing campaigns & promotions
•Thorough and meticulous attention to details
•Strong planning, budgeting, analytical and reporting skills
•Experience managing direct reports
•Very strategic and data driven
•Familiar with BI tools and marketing tools
•Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

•iGaming experience preferred

Office environment.

Work Conditions:

May require evenings and weekends.
