Job Description



The person in this position will be the main point of contact for customers and/or systems project managers. Maintains and assigns orders within the various systems used.  Expedites orders through our system, issuing RMA’s and tracks all open and closed orders
Essential Job Functions:
• Enters, processes, and tracks all system orders that are submitted, including gaming parts, exhibits, change orders, CMP billing, CMP parts, scopes of works and processing RMA’s on service contracts and/or exhibits
• Analyzes incoming system orders for completeness, discounts, current selling price, and overall total amount
• Makes extensive telephone calls, customer interaction and team support for the rest of Customer Service
• Assists customers with part number help, kit numbers, status of orders, and billing questions
• Uses expertise to support customers needs and make any new or existing installs run as smoothly as possible
• Processes all orders in a timely manner, and monitors each order to make sure that it is precise and accurate
• Reviews order for correctness and accuracy; rectifies any problems by contacting the customer or Project Manager
• Uses patience and commitment and maintains a good relationship with our customers, sales people, and Project Managers

Job Requirements



Qualifications
• Three plus years’ experience in a Customer Service environment
• Past working experience in  shipping or parts departments preferred
Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s Degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be able to defuse any situations and maintain composure
• Knowledge in computer related software programs including word processing and data entry
• Must readily assist when help is needed in all areas of the department
• Must be a team player
• Gaming experience preferred
