Scientific Games has an exciting full time opportunity for a QA Engineer, based in our Silverwater Head Office, reporting into our QA Team Leader.

This unique and exciting will see you as an integral part of our Quality Assurance Department. As a QA Engineer you will be required to work independently and responsible for the quality and proper functionality of SG systems, games and products. Day-day you will be responsible for the following:


•Testing of SG products as per functional specifications and project plan.
•Ensure products comply with all technical standards and regulatory requirements.
•White box testing of Gaming products (maths verification, code inspection/verification)
•Successful evaluation of products to eliminate product deficiencies.
•Submission and liaising of gaming products with external authorities.
•Develop specific and detailed testing procedures.
•Work closely with other teams to ensure the release of quality products.
•Identify and implement action plans for the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency systems.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

The successful applicant is required to possess the below:

•Two or more years’ experience in Software Testing.
•Bachelor degree in an Engineering or Computer Science is desirable, but not essential.
•Proficiency in software quality testing and assurance with a very high attention to detail.
•Gaming experience and exposure to gaming hardware and software.
•Basic programming experience required
•Technical troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Proficient skills in MS Word and Excel.
•Linux experience.
•Industry experience with knowledge in gaming protocol desirable.
