Job Description

Responsible for responding to and scheduling of customer project requests, production system change request, and interop software testing.  This position is customer facing, requiring direct interaction with customers.  Responsible for day to day activities relating to VGT, software, and other site changes requested by customers.  
Responsible for developing and maintaining processes and procedures related to projects and for managing other projects related to the Illinois Video operations.

Essential Job Functions:
• Manages scheduling of production system change requests.
• Organizes activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and successfully produced
• Produce and distribute various work schedules for internal and external distribution
• Maintains documentation archives which include audited materials for change requests and software testing.
• Assists in software testing
• Assist in the creation of tools, processes and procedures that will be used in the implementation of projects and by other operations teams.
• Assist in creating the framework / infrastructure for project activities
• Maintains process documentation
• Develops quality and delivery metrics and tracks and reports to drive customer satisfaction
• Provides status updates or progress reports to both internal teams and external customers

Job Requirements

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Back up for Traffic/Billing Specialist and G2S Network and Licensing Technician when needed

Training and/or Experience:
• Five plus years of project management, technical, or operations experience
• Customer facing project management experience required
• Understanding of gaming industry protocols and back-end systems a plus
• Customer service experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying complexity in a fast paced, changing, and date driven environment.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills needed, especially in Excel and Word
• Knowledge of other project management applications a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter, organized and detail-oriented team leader and team builder

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Formal Project Management training/certification preferred
