Overview:

This unique and exciting position will see you as an integral part of Research & Development Department. As a Project Manager, you will see yourself as an advocate of agile/scrum principles and methodology. You will be working with some of the industry’s best, and the latest IT solutions and ideas. You will be responsible for end-end project delivery of multiple development projects, and driving transformation for maximum efficiency.  

Duties:

- Develop detailed development schedules for various projects running simultaneously
- Guide projects to completion on time, within scope and on budget
- Responsible for the effective internal and external communication of information related to multiple development projects
- Address problems through risk management and contingency planning
- Liaising with Software Developers, Graphic Artists, Game Designers and Product Managers
- Conducts status meetings
- Track, monitor and report project progress
- Maintain, control and distribute product specifications

Job Requirements



Essential Skills & Experience:

The successful applicant is required to possess the below:

- A minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Extensive experience working in an Agile environment
- Certified Scrum Master experience an advantage
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Bachelor’s Degree and Project Management Certification
- Experience dealing with challenging stakeholders and coming up with solutions
- Understanding of Agile Principles and collaboration tools such as the Atlassian suite of tools
- Knowledge of project management tools, software and processes
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret specifications
- Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management
- Knowledge and understanding of project budgeting
- Ability to motivate employees
