Job Description

The Program Manager will develop messaging, positioning and technical content for Scientific Games Retail Solutions products. This role requires a combination of technical/software knowledge to obtain a deep understanding of our products, combined with the marketing skills to effectively communicate product capabilities and benefits across a wide variety of asset types. The Program Manager will provide sales tools and enablement for our global sales force, coordinate product launches, and support Scientific Games marketing and sales teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast growing enterprise environment. This candidate will report directly to the Vice President, Retail Solutions.

• Develop a wide range of product marketing content and become a subject matter expert on the SCiQ retail platform.
• Provide support to external and internal customers as a subject matter expert.
• Communicate product features, capabilities and benefits through presentations, diagrams, graphics/illustrations, videos, collateral, webinars, and more.
• Coordinate product launches with Product Management including messaging and positioning, internal communications, analyst briefings, and field/event marketing.
• Develop and deliver sales and training content to improve sales performance and provide customer support.
• Develop a strong understanding of use cases for customers, lottery organizations, and sales teams.
• Effectively collaborate with sales, product management, engineering and others teams to develop high impact communications including product marketing, release notes, training materials, etc.

Job Requirements

• Lottery industry, retail convenience industry, POS technology and marketing experience preferred
• Experience with product marketing and/or product management.
• Technical background and experience with enterprise software preferred.
• Strong history of content creation including white papers, detailed product collateral, architecture diagrams for marketing purposes, and more.
• Innate curiosity for information technology and security.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to accommodate up to 20% travel.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management practices
• Bachelors Degree required
