Job Description



The person in this position under supervision, prioritize and monitor customer orders to ensure on-time delivery. Responsibility also for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring products through the complete production cycle
Essential Job Functions:
• Tracks and coordinates material requirements for internal and external customers
• Monitors and maintains lean inventory levels
• Establish appropriate delivery schedule for customer orders
• Monitors orders and informs cross-departmental teams of current status
• Coordinates with cross-departmental teams to ensure best customer service

Qualifications:
Training and/or Experience:
• Previous related experience preferred

Education:
• High School Diploma or its equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and highly organized
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office products
• Attention to detail and problem sensitivity
• Ability to cooperate with others
Work Conditions:
• The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
