Job Description



The person in this position supports production sales order requirements and fulfill customer and conversion orders and keeps customer information and technical information up-to-date.

Essential Job Functions:

• Program various types of media
• Burn and verify required media components
• Verifies program approvals for specific jurisdictions  
• Encodes Magnetic Employee Cards per customer requirements
• Tracks, monitors, and reports status of media
• Maintain accurate reports and databases
• Interfaces with a mulit-functional team on a daily basis concerning order status, ordering  problems, and any other customer inquiries
• Provides optimum customer service to customers, internal or external

Job Requirements



Qualifications:

• Six months of related experience
• Gaming experience desirable

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Aptitude for problem solving
• Self-directed, highly motivate, thorough and accurate, ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Maintains positive attitude towards new challenges and good organizational skills
