Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for organizing/supplying instant tickets in the warehouse.  This support includes ensuring that material and production supplies are accurately assigned in designated locations, making designated deliveries, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.  To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to demonstrate professional customer service and respond promptly to customer needs (internal and external).  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/ or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Job Functions: Packaging Support
• Load/unload UPS deliveries
• Verify packing lines have enough supplies to support production (boxes, plastic, skids, etc.).
• Move skids of product to the shipping area.
• Shrink wrap and move full skids and prepare for loading
• Dump trash from lines as needed
• Maintain/ organize corrugated product in designated racks
• Maintain clean and clutter free walkways, tunnels and staging areas in and around all packing lines.
• Perform operator maintenance on forklift (i.e. charging, water level checks, etc.) as required
• Inspect all incoming packages for damages and notify supervisor if damages exist
• Inspect received materials, verify that the materials match the packing list (sign/date packing list).
• Assist training of associates when required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently, up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience   
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Forklift License trained and certified (Fork, Box, Clamp, Turret)
  Language Skills:  
• Good verbal and written communications skills.

Mathematical Skills:   
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

  Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to comprehend specifications and manuals.
• Ability to work independently or in large groups.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people with varying levels of education, expertise and backgrounds.
• Requires effective decision making, problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Gain strong credibility with team members and customers, even under negative circumstances.
   Computer Skills :    
• Basic computer knowledge               

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk.  The employee is occasionally required to stand or sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
