Job Description



The person in this position is responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships. They are expected to understand the client business functions and requirements and relate those to the Scientific Games business environment.  They manage a team of client account managers and are expected to mentor and empower them in their role.  This position is expected to be a “go-to” for senior management.

Essential Job Functions:
• Manages Transactional and Partners Accounts on a day to day basis
• Leads a successful team of client account managers
• Leads small projects, both internal and external
• Identifies solutions for issues and assesses the customer's needs
• Recognizes crisis and has strong crisis intervention skills
• Knows their audience and adjusts delivery of information based on this information
• Plans the short and long term needs of multiple customers
• Understands multiple customer financials as they relate to Scientific Games' business
• Prioritizes many customer needs, escalations, and wants on a daily basis
• Continues to learn Scientific Games Core Products
• Fosters customer and internal relationships
• Is influential and innovative internally and with their customers
• Creates quotes for their customers and their teams customers

Job Requirements



Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field

Required Experience:
3-5 years industry experience, 2 years client account management experience, 1 year project management experience

Preferred Experience:
3 years Scientific Games experience, PMP certification

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to Multi-task
• Operational knowledge
• Superior verbal/written communication skills required
• Ability to work as a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Project, Visio)
• Superior presentation skills
• Self-Driven and motivated
• Time management
• Deep knowledge of casino operations and Scientific Games products

Physical Requirements:
This position requires up to 50% travel
