Training and/or Experience: •Eight to ten years of project management, engineering, or operations experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: •Ability to coach, train, facilitate, supervise and lead teams effectively
•Strong knowledge of business and long term strategic goals
•Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills
•Intermediate Microsoft Office skills needed, especially in Excel and Word
•Strong project management skills
•Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management
•Highly organized and detail-oriented
•Ability to obtain gaming licenses in various jurisdictions
•Driver’s license required
Education: •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Working Conditions: •The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
•High travel – 75% to 90% Road Warrior
