Job Description

The person in this position manages the administration of the Product Compliance Development including the submission of product application packages, and the creation of effective internal reporting, tracking, and filing systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages the completion of all product submission packages for Bally Technologies
• Researches, manages, and resolves any problems or discrepancies that the labs encounter during the submission process
• Establishes and maintains effective status reporting and tracking systems for all filings made for each lab
• Coordinates the procurement and movement of product inventory in each lab
• Establishes effective communication channels with labs and regulatory agencies
• Attends to technical issues related to Bally Technologies and effectively coordinates Company responses
• Organizes and maintains effective filing and archive system of submitted software
• Interprets laws, rules, and regulations to determine filing and reporting requirements for numerous regulatory agencies
• Supervises and trains subordinates
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Training and/or Experience

• Minimum of three years experience with compliance processes, preferably with a gaming equipment manufacturer
• Prior supervisory experience

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have technical knowledge of slot and video products
• Detail oriented
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Strong interpersonal skills

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
