Job Description



Responsible for assisting the department to meet jurisdictional requirements
Essential Job Functions:
• Works closely within Jurisdictional Engineering/Compliance to ensure product is submitted accurately based on the submission requirements of individual jurisdictions.
• Works closely with all departments and stakeholders to provide input regarding regulatory specific factors and/or concerns with new development as well as existing products.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and communication channels with regulatory authorities/testing agencies.
• Takes an active role in the preparation for product submissions as well as any high performance items, as required.
• Researches, manages, and resolves any problems or discrepancies that the regulatory/testing agencies encounter during submission/testing process.
• Tracks, monitors and reports product submission/testing status.
• Builds strong product knowledge as well as regulatory lab process and requirements knowledge, to help forge world class relationships with regulatory/testing agency staff.
• Interprets laws, rules and regulations to determine filing and reporting requirements for regulatory agencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



Education:
Bachelor of Science (preferably in a technical field) or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:
 2 – 3 years of experience in gaming (preferably with compliance processes)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Commitment to excellence in customer service
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages’ standard features
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner
