We’re recruiting for an exciting role to be based in Harrisburg PA working with the Lottery on their new iLottery product. The B2B Account Manager will have a clear understanding of operations (both product and marketing) and ideally specific to igaming. This is a full turnkey managed service across all areas including, product, marketing, operations, payments and BI. The position will require someone with a strong appetite to learn and get involved in many areas and projects as the account develops, and with new products online (iLottery, Keno, Virtual Sports, Draw Games etc). The role will maintain a strong relationship with the customer to support the lottery’s goals for increasing returns to its beneficiaries.
This role will help our clients maximize the effectiveness of our products and services through the effective utilization of emerging marketing technology, content strategy, social and paid media strategy, analytics and reporting, and program optimization

Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities                                          
• Own the PA iLottery account from top to bottom
• Assist in developing and implementing the product strategy in line with the Lottery and SG product teams, as well as 3rd party providers
• Assist in developing and implementing the marketing strategy in line with the Lottery, their agency and SG managed services team
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure major deliverables are met, and effective communication is provided to Lottery team members
• Ensure optimization of revenue across all sites (mobile / desktop /work with BI)
• Ensure effective integration of products within Lottery VIP Players Club
• Manage the account in a professional and organized manner
o Complete regular client review meetings
o Create and manage backlogs of client requirements
o Keep clients up-to-date with SGI documentation where required

Job Requirements

Required experience:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant field (iGaming/iLottery Ideal)
• Experience driving online marketing and product initiatives and managing to revenue and budget goals
• Experience managing accounts to advance product and marketing
• Experience with managing and owning large accounts

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:  
• Excellent communication skills
• Project / product / marketing and or operations experience preferable  
• Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Tech savvy and customer service oriented
• Enthusiasm and leadership. A strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience drafting proposals and presenting in front clients/colleagues is ideal
