Position Summary:
Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of printed circuit boards, electronic & electro‐mechanical
assemblies.

Position Responsibilities
•Troubleshoot electronic circuit boards and assemblies down to component level using oscilloscope, DMM, TRACKER  and other test equipment as required.
•Perform the necessary repair/rework to return electronic circuit boards to IPC standard and OEM specification using soldering/disordering equipment including BGA machines.
•Sets up and test products to meet specified requirement.
•Build and maintain test fixtures.
•Assist with the development of repair manuals and training programs.
•Provide written reports and repair logs in a concise and timely manner
•Interact with Engineering, QA, Production and other departments as necessary.  
•Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements



Position Requirements/Qualifications:
•Associate degree in electronics or equivalent training.
•3+ years of related work experience.
•Work with employees / customers as it relates to hardware support, repairs and training.
•Advanced understanding of theories of electronic circuitry and components.
•Proficient at electronic repair and rework. High level soldering skill required. (Electronic rework
Certification a plus).
•Must have previous experience troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards or electronic assemblies to component level.
•Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, test instructions and complex schematic drawings.
•Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office and Windows)
