Job Description

Position Summary:
The Corporate Account Rep. provides support to the Lottery in the management of their chain accounts.   The position will be responsible for maintaining chain reporting, analysis of lottery sales for each account and strategic thinking of ways to improve lottery sales at each chain location.  This position will also provide a source to network for the Retailer to discuss questions or problems relating to the account.  This position will perform on-site training, assisting Chain Accounts with their reconciliation of their accounting, and provide feedback on research regarding games, promotional items and supporting the customer at Lottery public affairs events.

Job Functions:
• Monitor and analyze chain location Lottery sales
• Recommend solutions to address declining performance for chain locations
• Build a B2B relationships with chain accounts
• Review and collaborate with Chain Accounts on individual store reporting
• Provide retailer training to corporate locations
• Provide retailer/chain locations with a troubleshooting and reporting issue resource
• Implement large chain corporate expansion initiatives
• Participate in corporate round table sessions
• Ability to develop promotional programs customized to meet the needs of corporate account while working in tandem with the Lottery.
• Strategize with Lottery’s Corporate Accounts department to enhance chain revenue
• Attend public affairs special events and Lottery parties, as designated
• Ability to visit retailers in assigned territories to help increase Lottery sales
• Assist in the recruiting of new Chain Accounts
• Ability to attend retailer rallies and all Chain Account functions, as designed
• Ability to participate in monthly sales meetings at the Lottery
• Provide feedback for Lottery’s quarterly corporate newsletter
• The ability to work with each chain account to optimize the placement of terminals, digital content signs and other point-of-sales support items for maximum visibility, player convenience and retailer speed of service to increase sales
• Conduct retailer visits to capture feedback from retailers and players to gain knowledge on player activity.
• The ability to create customized Lottery InMotion campaigns in conjunction with the Digital Content Coordinator and Digital Content Developer
• Travel to lottery locations and corporate locations at a rate of 100% or as designated
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience within the field
• Intermediate computer software and hardware technologies

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products, including, but not limited to, ACCESS, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of analytical software is desired.
• Ability to travel more than 50% of the time
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Ability to work in a team-office environment
• Ability to operate office equipment, but not limited to, personal computer and telephone
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stretch at a minimum of 50% of the time for any or all of the movements described
