WE WILL BE HIRING THIS POSITION IN APRIL 2018

The Content Management Coordinator will work in conjunction with the sales and marketing groups of both Scientific Games and Lottery to oversee our in-store digital content sales product.  This position will manage outbound messaging programs.  On a daily basis, this person leads with the digital content team to ensure retailer locations have timely applicable content that appeals to our audience and related to the departments goals.  This position is responsible for leading the content strategy to ensure sales growth.  

• Management of media flash content on a daily basis
• Create and execute effective strategies to bring new content to market, while maintaining and enhancing
      existing content
• Create and maintain groups within the content system
• Create and maintain playlist of content
• Managing and executing playlist and schedules of flash deliveries to particular groups defined by the Lottery
      through the SG proprietary LIMS digital content management system
• Ability to review, research, and recommend best media plan for the Lottery industry
• Initiate traffic driven programs to grow audience size and enhance engagement
• Work with Lottery and SG departments to define objectives, user requirements, project scope, recourses, timelines
      and deliverables
• Assist sales department in executing innovative online campaigns in accordance with the overall goals of department
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management

Job Requirements



EDUCATION:   Bachelor’s degree in software development or equivalent experience within the field.

EXPERIENCE:  Knowledge of SQL, JAVASCRIPT, PC HARDWARE, PHOTOSHOP, FLASH, XML.

• Communicate and work closely with Developmental and Field teams to deliver high-quality content that meets clear market needs and satisfied customers.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review and edit all material for corrective content.
• Ability to speak, convey thoughts, and disseminate information to a large forum.
• Ability to understand and incorporate best practices in the digital content arena.
• Working knowledge of web-based product delivery (SQL, HTML, Director, Shockwave) and ability to support products.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suites 4 (Adobe Flash CS4, adobe Photoshop CS4, adobe Illustrator CS4 and Adobe After Effects CS4) or similar.
