Job Description

Provides Illinois Video Operations and Field Service, Illinois Gaming Board and licensed Terminal Operators, with customer service as required to accommodate the timely completion of a wide range of submitted projects and work requests.  Assists the Project Manager in the development of schedules for the day-to-day workload and workflow of Illinois Video Operations and Field Service.  Prioritizes assignments and provides all parties with information needed to ensure deadlines are met.  Also assists Video Operations with billing adjustments and reconciliations, as well as other operational projects.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Essential and important responsibilities and duties may include,
but are not limited to, the following:

• Reviews work orders to assess that they have the necessary information for on-time completion of requested work.
• Ensure that work orders are processed to meet required deadlines.
• Assess the requirements of orders and match with appropriate staff members.
• Maintain the project management database, and assist and provide backup to site Project Manager.
• Calculates and provides the Operations Manager with adjustment information for billing reports as required.
• Work with site personnel and management as well as external stakeholders such as Illinois Gaming Board, and licensed Terminal Operators to coordinate the completion of all design work in a timely, efficient manner.
• Be familiar with industry and SG concepts, best practices and procedures.
• Enter project requests for special projects as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• College degree, a plus but not required.
• 2-3 years experience in customer service / traffic coordination in a high volume, fast paced environment with a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask in high pressure, deadline driven environment.
• Strong understanding of SG Video Operations, Accounting, Billing, and project management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to diplomatically resolve issues.
• Detail oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills.
• Projects high energy and strive for excellence.

Work in an office environment.  Requires familiarity of SG Video environment.
