Overview:

This unique and exciting will see you join our Lotteries Division – Instant Scratch Products, and be a pivotal and integral part of our sales team. As a Sales Support / Client Services Executive, you will see yourself in an exciting and varied role liaising with our sales team, customers and international production facility in Montreal.

Duties:

•Regular communication and planning with the Regional Sales Director and Account Executives
•Prepare and maintain milestones and game plan road map
•Liaise with designers, customers and sales team to develop ticket designs, including characters and fonts suitable to ensure completion in adherence to the milestones and production schedule
•Assist with and maintain accurate, orderly games files and sample libraries
•Provide general administration support to the sales team
•Maintain and update customer profiles
•Co-ordinate and book courier services
•Liaise with Montreal Client Services to provide proofs/samples for checking and customer approval
•Monitor ticket production for print quality and colour consistency and report variations / problems to the sales team
•Review carton and pallet packing diagrams and prepare prize structures to customer briefs
•Assist with promotional activities for Scientific Games including presentation folders and trade fairs

Job Requirements



Essential Skills & Experience:

The successful applicant is required to possess the below:

•Business Administration qualification is desired
•2+ years’ experience in a similar role
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and all levels of management
•Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
•Report/letter writing skills
•Accurate data entry capabilities
•Attention to details and proof reading skills
