Job Description



Support System sales team to perform their duties in promoting, executing sales deals using standard sales approaches.

Job Requirements



Essential Job Functions: Develop and maintain a professional image in representing SG Gaming in both personal interfaces and communicated via phone, fax or e-mail. Create quotes for sales team members for upcoming sales deals, perform tasks related to creation and maintenance of part#’s and pricing in the quoting tool. Maintain accurate information related to customer profile, preferences and system configurations. Follow assigned procedures for determining correct part#’s, enter sales orders, schedule sales orders for production, perform delivery follow-up and provide post sales support including returns. Coordinate install issues with customer and/or service teams onsite. Review product approvals prior to order flip, coordinate part# releases with Engineering for new SKUs. Provide regular updates on order status, shortages, schedule changes to customer and / or install teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college / university

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to work efficiently in a matrix type environment to drive results. Ability to interface professionally with customers, respond to questions from sales and other members of the organization. Ability to collate data from different sources and compile information.
