Job Description



The person in this position is responsible for ensuring the proper application of laws, rules and regulations for reporting and filing/gaming submission requirements in the various jurisdictions in which the Company is licensed  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Completes gaming licensing applications and/or gaming submissions, including but not limited to completing detailed forms, writing letters, reproducing software, firmware and documentation
• Facilitates due diligence investigations
• Reviews and monitors the submission of license applications and/or gaming submissions
• Prepares and updates source documents used in applications and/or submissions processing
• Complies with departmental electronic and paper archiving policies and procedures
• May serve as an interface with gaming regulatory agencies
• Assists in the standardization of office procedures and practices to optimize workflow

Job Requirements



Training and/or Experience:
• Minimum one year experience working in an office environment in a clerical position
• Experience completing forms, correspondence, filing, and general office procedures

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• General understanding of basic financial statements
• Ability to analyze jurisdictional gaming regulations

Education:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent
